Crisis.
Every now and then, my role means that I need to help field a crisis on the end of the phone.
I help find the solution. I give advice. I try to be the calm and level headed one.
The best part of this, is that in a year or two, I can completely, completely imagine him in my position, helping someone else through a crisis.
